Make data centers pay for their own grid upgrades

Reopen land next to the Boundary Waters to mining

A 2023 federal order had closed about 225,000 acres of national forest beside Minnesota's Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness to mining for 20 years, to protect the Rainy River watershed and treaty lands of the Lake Superior Chippewa. This resolution cancelled the order and reopened the land to mining leases. A Yes vote was to reopen it.

Cross-border pipelines without presidential approval
